Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground round
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 large can Las Palmas sauce
  • 14 can water
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 pkg corn tortillas
  • 1 lb mild Cheddar cheese sliced

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions
  2. Add sauce and olives
  3. Line baking pan 9 x 13-inch with tortillas
  4. Pour in half of meat mixture carefully
  5. Add half of cheese
  6. Repeat layers
  7. Bake at 350 to melt cheese
