Enchilada Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pkg corn tortillas
- grated cheese
Directions
- Brown meat and drain
- Add soup green chilies sauce and chopped onions
- Heat thoroughly
- Crumble 5 to 6 tortillas in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan
- Cover with half of meat mixture Crumble an additional 5 tortillas on meat mixture
- Top with remaining meat and cheese
- Bake at 350 until cheese melts
