Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 lb ground round
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 large can Las Palmas sauce
- 14 can water
- 1 can ripe olives
- 1 pkg corn tortillas
- 1 lb mild Cheddar cheese sliced
Directions
- Brown meat and onions
- Add sauce and olives
- Line baking pan 9 x 13-inch with tortillas
- Pour in half of meat mixture carefully
- Add half of cheese
- Repeat layers
- Bake at 350 to melt cheese
