Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 pkg tortillas your choice
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 lb cheese grated
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • jalapenos to taste
  • 12 c milk

Directions

  1. Brown ground meat drain
  2. Heat tortillas until soft if you want to roll enchiladas
  3. The fast way is to layer in a greased casserole dish tortillas meat onions and cheese until used up Finish with tortillas
