Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can enchilada sauce hot
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 10 to 12 tortillas flour or corn

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef Drain
  2. Mix in refried beans and 12 can enchilada sauce Simmer until hot Roll in tortillas and place in baking dish Top with sour cream Monterey Jack and remaining enchilada sauce
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
