Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 pkg tortillas your choice
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 lb cheese grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- jalapenos to taste
- 12 c milk
Directions
- Brown ground meat drain
- Heat tortillas until soft if you want to roll enchiladas
- The fast way is to layer in a greased casserole dish tortillas meat onions and cheese until used up Finish with tortillas
- Mix and heat remaining ingredients
- Pour over casserole
- Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
