Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 3 c self-rising flour
- 12 c shortening
- 1 c warm water
- Chili-O Mix
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp shortening
- 1 to 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 c water
Directions
- Prepare Chili-O mix
- Add flour shortening tomato paste and water
- Mix well
- After browning tortilla shell dip the whole shell into sauce then fill as desired
- Roll like jelly roll Leave seam on the bottom of pan
