Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce hot
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 10 to 12 tortillas flour or corn
Directions
- Brown ground beef Drain
- Mix in refried beans and 12 can enchilada sauce Simmer until hot Roll in tortillas and place in baking dish Top with sour cream Monterey Jack and remaining enchilada sauce
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
