Energy Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c apples
- 12 c orange juice
- dash of cinnamon
Directions
- Peel the apples
- Take out the core and the seeds
- Cut into small pieces
- Put apples into a blender or food processor
- Add the orange juice
- Add the cinnamon to the apples and the orange juice
- Blend until the mixture is creamy
- Spoon into cups or bowls
- Makes four servings
