English Cheese Melts
Ingredients
- 6 English muffins
- 2 cans 225 oz each sliced or chopped olives
- 1 12 c grated Cheddar cheese about 6 oz
- 12 c thinly sliced green onions
- 12 c mayonnaise
- salt optional
- parsley sprigs for garnish optional
Directions
- Cut English muffins in half
- Set aside
- In large bowl mix together olives cheese onions mayonnaise and salt
- Spread mixture evenly over 12 muffin halves
- Place on baking sheet Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted
- Cut in half before serving
- Garnish with parsley sprigs
