English Muffin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 2 c milk
- 14 c water
- cornmeal
Directions
- Stir flour sugar yeast and baking soda together
- Heat 2 cups of milk and 14 cup water
- Add to dry mixture beat well Stir in enough flour to make stiff batter about 2 14 cups
- May substitute wheat flour here if preferred
- Spoon into 2 greased pans dusted with cornmeal
- Let rise for 45 minutes
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes until well brown
