English Muffin Pizza

Ingredients

• 2 English Muffins halved
• 20 slices of Pepperoni
• 1 c Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
• 2 tsp Italian Salad Dressing
• 1 medium Ripe Tomato sliced in four
• Soft Butter or Margarine

Directions

1. Toast each english muffin half
2. Lightly spread with butter Place two paper towels atop two coupled paper plates
3. Separate pepperoni and place atop paper towels
4. Microwave on High for 20-30 seconds do not blacken
5. Remove from microwave and dab off excess oil with paper towel
6. Spread 12 tsp salad dressing on each muffin half
7. Place 1 slice tomato and 5 slices of pepperoni on each muffin half
8. Top each with 14 c of cheese
9. Place muffins on non stick cookie sheet
10. Broil on high for 5 minutes or until browned no more than 8 minutes
11. Cool 1 minute
12. Serve
