English Nut Toffee

Ingredients
- 2 c granulated sugar
- 1 12 c white corn syrup
- 13 tsp salt
- 1 12 c thin cream
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c almonds
Directions
- Put all ingredients except butter and vanilla into saucepan and boil until it forms a firm ball in water
- Add vanilla and butter
- Pour into buttered pan and mark into squares while warm
