English Pea Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 No 300 can English peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c grated sharp cheese
- 1 can pimento pieces
- 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- 4 Tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Mix all ingredients
- Place in ungreased casserole dish Sprinkle with cracker crumbs on top
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
