English Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c green peas drained
- 1 c sharp Cheddar cheese grated
- 12 c celery diced
- 14 c onion diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 hard-boiled eggs diced
- 12 c Miracle Whip salad dressing
Directions
- Combine all ingredients
- Toss lightly
- Chill and serve on lettuce
