English Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 34 cup vinegar
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 2 oz diced pimento peppers
- 12 oz can shoe peg corn drained
- 17 oz can English peas drained
- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 1 cup onion chopped fine
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients and boil one minute
- Cool and pour over the remainder of ingredients
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving
