English Popovers

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 c milk
• 1 c flour sifted

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Fill 8 well-greased muffin tins or custard cups
4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then lower oven temperature to 350 for 20 minutes longer
5. Serve warm with butter and jam
