English Trifle

Ingredients

• 1 small angel food cake
• 1 c sherry
• 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
• 2 pkg strawberry-banana Jell-O
• 2 medium bananas sliced
• 1 small can peaches drained
• 1 small can pears drained
• 1 small can mandarin oranges drained
• 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

1. Break up angel food cake into 1-inch pieces
2. Place in the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish
3. Pour sherry over cake and stir
4. Add bananas mandarin oranges peaches and pears
5. Put aside
