English Walnut Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 c light corn syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 carton whipped cream
• 12 c brown sugar
• 14 c butter melted
• 1 c broken walnuts
• 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients except whipped cream and pour into pie shell
2. Bake at 375 for 50 to 55 minutes until top is crackly brown and filling just quivers when you nudge the pie plate
3. Cool and garnish with whipped cream and nuts
