EricaS Easy Applesauce
Ingredients
- 12 to 15 McIntosh apples or Cortlands
- 2 to 3 c water
Directions
- Wash apples
- Cut apples in quarters
- Cores may be removed if desired
- Place in large pot Add water
- Cover and cook about 30 minutes or until apples are soft Place a large colander over a bowl and press mashed apples through with a large spoon
- The peels and seeds will remain in the colander
