ErlineS Pineapple PieIcebox

Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 14 c flour
- 34 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 9-inch pie crust baked
Directions
- Combine pineapple flour sugar salt lemon juice and sour cream
- Cook slowly until thick
- Cook an additional 2 minutes Remove from heat
- Beat 2 egg yolks and add small amount of mixture
- Transfer to pot of filling
- Cook additional 2 minutes Bake in 9-inch pie shell with meringue until light brown
