Escalloped Corn

Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 12 c chopped celery
- 14 c chopped onion
- 23 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 can whole corn
- 14 c chopped green pepper
- 1 c cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except eggs and milk
- Mix well
- Fold milk into beaten eggs then fold into rest of ingredients
- Pour into greased casserole
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until set
