Ingredients

  • 2 cans creamed corn medium size
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 34 c milk
  • 34 c cracker crumbs reserve 1 Tbsp for topping

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into medium size casserole dish
  2. Dot top with cracker crumbs and butter
  3. Bake at 325 for 45 to 55 minutes
  4. Serves 4 to 6
