Eskimo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 12 sticks butter
- 34 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp cocoa
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 c oats
- 1 Tbsp water
Directions
- Mix butter sugar vanilla wafers and cocoa
- Mix well
- Add oats and mix
- Put in refrigerator overnight
- Roll in 36 balls and roll them in powdered sugar
- Store in fridge
