EullaS Oven Cooked Beef

Ingredients

• 2 lb stew beef
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup

Directions

1. Cut all fat off meat mix with soup
2. Put in pan and cover with foil
3. Bake at 350 for 1 12 hours or until tender
4. Serve over rice
