EuniceS Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 whole chicken breasts
• 14 c chicken broth
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 14 c melted margarine
• 1 14 c Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

1. Cook chicken until tender
2. Bone and cut into bite size
3. Mix broth cream of chicken soup and cream cheese together
4. Melt margarine and pour over crackers
5. Mix
6. Layer crackers in bottom of baking dish then chicken then soup mixture
7. Repeat until all ingredients are used topping with crumbs
8. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
