Eva'S Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 to 10 qt. popped popcorn
Directions
- Melt margarine; add sugar, Karo syrup and salt.
- Bring to rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; add soda and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Pour over popped popcorn and mix well. Place pan in oven at 200° and bake for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
