Everlasting Pie Crust

Ingredients
- 6 c flour
- 1 lb shortening
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vinegar
- cold water
Directions
- Mix flour shortening and salt Break egg into 1-cup measuring cup beat lightly with a fork Add vinegar and enough water to fill cup Mix well Add to flour mixture Wrap dough in waxed paper place in tight cellophane bag and refrigerate Break off dough and use as needed Makes 6 single or 3 double crust pies
