Excellent Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg Knorr vegetable soup
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 to 3 Tbsp cornstarch added to cold water to dissolve
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 stalk broccoli
- 1 pkg snow peas optional
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 to 3 carrots
- 1 medium onion Vidalia if possible
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions
- In wok fry chicken breasts in Wesson oil
- Sprinkle with garlic powder
- Remove excess oil when done with paper towels
- In separate pan cook Knorr soup and bouillon cubes about 20 minutes Thicken with cornstarch
- Cut up vegetables and add with the soup to chicken in wok
- Heat together while stirring
- Enjoy
