Exercise Energy Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 34 c oleo or butter softened
  • 1 c shortening
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 c flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 3 c uncooked oats
  • 2 c coconut
  • 2 c raisins
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Cream together butter shortening and both sugars
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  3. Combine flour salt and soda beat into first mixture
  4. Add remaining ingredients and knead into mixture
