Eye Of Round Roast

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 lb eye of round roast
• garlic salt
• Adolphs meat tenderizer
• Kitchen Bouquet liquid

Directions

1. Marinate night before
2. Bring to room temperature
3. Preheat oven to 500 and cook 6 minutes per pound
4. Turn oven off and leave for 2 hours without opening door
