Ezio Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops
- bottle of wine white Zin or your choice
- fresh rosemary
- pepper
- olive oil
Directions
- In a large frypan put olive oil to cover pan
- Heat pan first Put fresh rosemary in first and then pork chops
- Cook hot and then sprinkle wine to cool pan down
- Move chops around so they dont stick
- Repeat many times
- Heat up
- Cool down with wine
- Turn over
- Should be caramel color on chops
- Cook until white inside Serves 4 to 6 Temperature
- Medium-high
