Facelift CasseroleBreakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 23 lb sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2 slices white bread cubed
- 1 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown and drain sausage and set aside
- Beat eggs and milk salt and mustard
- Gently stir in bread cheese and sausage
- Put in 8 x 12-inch buttered pan and refrigerate overnight
- Cook at 350 for 45 minutes
- Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving Yields 6 servings
