Facelift CasseroleBreakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 23 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 slices white bread cubed
  • 1 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Brown and drain sausage and set aside
  2. Beat eggs and milk salt and mustard
  3. Gently stir in bread cheese and sausage
  4. Put in 8 x 12-inch buttered pan and refrigerate overnight
  5. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes
  6. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving Yields 6 servings
