Fall Vegetable Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 c butternut squash sliced 14 inch and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 c sweet potato sliced the same
- 2 c carrots cut 14 inch on diagonal
- 2 c fresh green beans cut into 1 12-inch pieces
- 12 c onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 c chicken broth
- 12 tsp chili powder
- 14 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Place ingredients in a large skillet and cook over low heat covered for 25 to 35 minutes to desired tenderness of vegetables Serve
- Enjoy
- This reheats well for leftovers
