Fall Vegetable Skillet

Ingredients

  • 2 c butternut squash sliced 14 inch and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 c sweet potato sliced the same
  • 2 c carrots cut 14 inch on diagonal
  • 2 c fresh green beans cut into 1 12-inch pieces
  • 12 c onion diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 12 tsp chili powder
  • 14 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a large skillet and cook over low heat covered for 25 to 35 minutes to desired tenderness of vegetables Serve
  2. Enjoy
  3. This reheats well for leftovers
