Family Favorite Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 14 c flour
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 c milk
• 2 Tbsp oil

Directions

1. Sift flour baking

3. salt
4. andsugarCombine egg milk and oil add to dry ingredients stirring just until moistenedBatter will be lumpy
5. Cook on hot griddle
6. Makes about eight 4-inch pancakes
