Famous Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 12 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 c 2 lb bag grated carrots
- 1 c pecans or walnuts
- 15 oz can crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- Mix ingredients together then add carrots nuts and pineapple
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
- Oil and flour pan
