Fanciful Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 20 oz pkg Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 13 c sugar
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 1 c canned peach slices drained
• 1 c whole strawberries halved
• 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
• 14 c orange marmalade
• 1 Tbsp water

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350
2. Slice cookie dough as directed on package Arrange slices in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan
3. Using floured fingers press dough evenly into pan
4. Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown
5. Cool completely In small bowl beat cream cheese sugar and vanilla until fluffy Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust
6. Arrange fruit over cream cheese
7. In small bowl combine orange marmalade and water blend well
8. Spoon marmalade mixture over fruit
9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
10. Cut into squares
11. Store in refrigerator
12. Serves 12
