Fancy Chicken Log

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp steak sauce
• 12 tsp curry powder
• 1 12 c minced chicken
• 12 c finely chopped celery
• 14 c chopped parsley
• 14 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Combine the first 6 ingredients
2. Chill for 1 hour
3. Roll in nuts and shape into a log
4. Return to refrigerator wrapped in plastic wrap
