Fantasy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c sugar
  • 34 c margarine
  • 23 c undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
  • 1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces
  • 1 7 oz jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine the sugar margarine and milk in heavy 2 12-quart saucepan
  2. Bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching
  3. Remove from heat stir in chocolate pieces until melted
  4. Add Marshmallow Creme nuts and vanilla beat until well blended
  5. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan
  6. Cool at room temperature
  7. Cut into squares
  8. Makes approximately 3 pounds
