Farmers Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium potatoes boiled in jackets
- 10 to 12 pats butter
- 2 8 oz cartons whipping cream
- Lawrys salt to taste
Directions
- Let potatoes cool peel and shred
- Layer potatoes and butter season with salt
- Repeat for 3 layers
- Pour whipping cream over top
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Cream will bubble up
- Recipe may be halved
