Ingredients

  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 12 c wheat and barley cereal nuggets
  • 12 c sugar
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp baking soda
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 2 medium size bananas mashed about 1 c
  • 12 c plain nonfat yogurt
  • 14 c thawed frozen no cholesterol egg substitute
  • 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Spray mini muffin pan cups with Pam
  2. Mix the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl with a wire whisk
  3. Mix bananas yogurt egg substitute and vanilla well
  4. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until well moistened
