Fat-Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 1 14 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c unsweetened cocoa
• 14 c corn starch
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 egg whites
• 1 c water
• 12 c corn syrup light or dark

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with a nonstick spray
3. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients until well mixed
4. In a separate small bowl whisk egg whites water and corn syrup
5. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth
6. Pour into prepared baking pan bake 30 minutes Cake is done when it springs back when lightly touched
