Fat-Free White Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 13 c cold water
• 3 Tbsp cornstarch
• 23 c skim milk

Directions

1. In saucepan combine water and cornstarch Stir in milk Cook stirring constantly over medium heat until thick and bubbly Cook 1 to 2 minutes more
2. Makes 2 cups
