Fat Free TS Easy Lasagna
Ingredients
- ground turkey or extra lean ground beef
- 1 large container cottage cheese
- 2 Egg Beaters
- fat free spaghetti sauce
- 2 onions chopped
- 8 to 12 oz Mozzarella
- Parmesan cheese
- 10 to 12 oz lasagna noodles
- 1 green pepper chopped optional
Directions
- Brown and drain meat
- Add spaghetti sauce onions and green pepper
- Add enough spaghetti sauce to make thinner than usual Cook slowly until well blended
- Combine grated Mozzarella cheese with cottage cheese and Egg Beaters
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan spread a thin layer of the meat mixture then the uncooked lasagna noodles
- Top with meat mixture and a layer of cheese mixture Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Continue layering and end with Parmesan cheese topping
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
