Favorite Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 1 onion chopped
• 12 c tomato sauce
• 1 c finely crushed saltine crackers
• 1 egg beaten
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Combine ingredients
2. Mix well and shape into loaf
3. Put into a 350 oven and about 10 minutes later cover with tomato sauce prepared as follows
