Favorite Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 12 c milk
• 14 c salad oil
• 1 12 c Gold Medal flour
• 12 c sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Grease bottoms and sides of 12 medium muffin tins
3. Beat egg stir in milk and oil
4. Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened
5. Batter should be lumpy
6. Fill muffin cups
7. 23 full
8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
9. Immediately remove from pan
10. If using self-rising flour omit baking powder and salt
