Favorite Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 34 c shortening
• 1 12 c honey
• 1 egg beaten
• 2 12 c flour
• 34 tsp salt
• 34 tsp soda
• 2 14 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 12 c oats
• 14 c raisins
• 1 Tbsp hot water
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream shortening continue to cream while adding honey in fine stream
2. Add egg
3. Add flour salt soda baking powder and cinnamon
4. Add oats raisins water and vanilla
5. Mix thoroughly Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet
6. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes
