Festive Chicken Dip

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts finely chopped about 3 c
• 14 c lime juice divided
• 2 garlic cloves minced
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsp black pepper
• 1 16 oz can refried beans
• 1 12 c sour cream divided
• 1 1 14 oz pkg dry taco seasoning mix divided
• 1 Tbsp picante sauce
• 1 avocado chopped
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 c 4 oz shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 2 tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 2 14 oz can sliced black olives drained and chopped
• 1 10 oz bag tortilla chips
• fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions

1. Place chicken in a small bowl Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons lime juice garlic salt and pepper
2. Mix well
3. Set aside
