Festive Chicken Spread

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp ground ginger
• 18 tsp pepper
• 4 drops hot sauce
• 2 c diced cooked chicken
• 2 hard-boiled eggs diced
• 14 c green onions diced
• 3 Tbsp chopped green pepper

Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth
2. Add chicken eggs green onions and chopped green peppers stir well
3. Line 1-quart mixing bowl or mold with plastic wrap
4. Spoon mixture into bowl press firmly with back of spoon
5. Cover and chill at least 4 hours
6. Invert bowl into small serving platter
7. Serve with crackers
