Festive Frozen Salad

Ingredients

• 2 c sour cream
• 12 c sugar
• 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained
• 1 16 oz can pitted Bing cherries drained
• 4 drops red food coloring
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 18 tsp salt
• 1 banana diced
• 14 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Combine sour cream lemon juice sugar salt pineapple diced bananas and food coloring
2. Lightly fold in nuts and cherries Spoon into paper cups which have been placed in muffin tins Freeze
