Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- 2 lb fettuccine
- 1 egg yolk
- 23 c cream or substitute sour cream
- 14 lb butter or margarine
- 12 c Parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Cook fettuccine according to directions on the package
- Beat egg yolk lightly
- Add cream
- Melt margarine
- Drain noodles Add other ingredients and toss together
