Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

• 2 lb fettuccine
• 1 egg yolk
• 23 c cream or substitute sour cream
• 14 lb butter or margarine
• 12 c Parmesan cheese grated

Directions

1. Cook fettuccine according to directions on the package
2. Beat egg yolk lightly
3. Add cream
4. Melt margarine
5. Drain noodles Add other ingredients and toss together
