Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredients
- 1 small onion chopped
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen snow pea pods thawed
- 1 sweet red pepper cut into thin strips
- 1 c fresh broccoli flowerets
- 12 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- Alfredo Sauce
- 1 12 oz pkg fettuccine cooked without salt or fat
Directions
- Cook onion in large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat stirring constantly until tender
- Add snow peas and next 3 ingredients
- Cook stirring constantly until vegetables are crisp-tender
- Stir in Alfredo Sauce add fettuccine and toss gently
- Serve immediately
