Fettucine Primavera
Ingredients
- 2 carrots cut in lengthwise strips
- 1 c raw broccoli
- 1 c sliced zucchini
- 12 c green pepper diced
- 12 c onion chopped
- 12 tsp Italian seasoning
- 34 c oleo
- garlic salt to taste
- 12 c sliced mushrooms
- 12 oz fettucine cooked and drained
- 12 c Parmesan cheese optional
Directions
- Cook broccoli carrots zucchini green pepper onion and seasoning in oleo in skillet until vegetables are tender
- Stir in mushrooms Toss vegetables with hot noodles Stir in Parmesan cheese if desired
