Fettucine With Bacon And Peas
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon fried crisp
- 1 lb fettucine
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas thawed and drained
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 12 c whipping cream
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp white pepper
Directions
- Crumble bacon Cook fettucine as package directs
- Drain and return to cooking pan over medium heat Add bacon peas tomato butter cream salt and white pepper
- Heat to warm through stirring constantly Serve immediately
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
