Fettucini
Ingredients
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 14 c whipping cream
- 8 oz bacon cooked and cut up
- 1 lb fettucini or linguine
- 1 c Parmesan cheese
- pepper
- 14 c parsley
Directions
- Let butter or margarine eggs and cream stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours
- Cook bacon in skillet until browned
- Remove and drain on paper toweling
- Beat together eggs and cream just until blended
- Cook pasta until al dente tender about 15 minutes
- Drain thoroughly do not rinse
- Toss pasta with butter
- Pour egg mixture over and toss until pasta is well coated
- Add bacon cheese pepper and parsley toss to mix Serves 6
