Fettucini With Tomatoes Basil And Feta Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tomatoes chopped
  • 2 oz Prosciutto julienned
  • 12 c basil julienned
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 12 c Feta cheese crumbled
  • 8 oz fettucini noodles

Directions

  1. Mix tomatoes Prosciutto basil olive oil vinegar and garlic in large bowl
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Set aside for 12 hour
  4. Cook pasta in boiling water until tender
  5. Drain
  6. Add pasta to tomato mixture
  7. Top with Feta cheese
  8. Serve immediately
