Fettucini With Tomatoes Basil And Feta Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatoes chopped
- 2 oz Prosciutto julienned
- 12 c basil julienned
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 12 c Feta cheese crumbled
- 8 oz fettucini noodles
Directions
- Mix tomatoes Prosciutto basil olive oil vinegar and garlic in large bowl
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Set aside for 12 hour
- Cook pasta in boiling water until tender
- Drain
- Add pasta to tomato mixture
- Top with Feta cheese
- Serve immediately
