Fiesta

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground turkey
• 1 pkg taco seasoning
• 1 pkg yellow rice dinner
• 1 lb Velveeta cheese
• 2 cans Ro-Tel

Directions

1. Brown meat drain
2. Add taco seasoning and 12 cup water Simmer 5 to 10 minutes
3. Prepare rice according to directions on package
4. Melt Velveeta add Ro-Tel
5. Mix well
6. Combine meat rice and cheese dip
7. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish
8. Top casserole with plain broken up Doritos chips
9. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes until bubbly
10. Top with lettuce tomatoes and onions
11. Serve
