Fiesta Corn Salad

Ingredients

• 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn drained
• 1 c chopped fresh tomato
• 1 c chopped peeled cucumber
• 12 c chopped celery
• 12 c diced green or sweet red pepper
• 2 green onions sliced
• 12 c bottled Italian salad dressing

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Chill several hours before serving Yields 4 to 6 servings
